Rev. Dave Lutz was elected District Superintendent in June 2015.  He came from the Napoleon Church of the Nazarene in Napoleon, Ohio, where he served as senior pastor for 24 years.  A native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, he is a 1986 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and a 1991 graduate of Nazarene Theological Seminary.

Ordained in 1993, Pastor Lutz saw growth in membership and worship attendance at Napoleon for 22 of the 24 years he pastored there.

Pastor Lutz is married to Janet, a 1987 Mount Vernon Nazarene University graduate.  They have two children, Rachel and Brad.  Rachel is a graduate of the University of Findlay, where she obtained her  master’s degree in occupational therapy and works in Michigan.   Brad is married to Shelby and serves in the United States Air Force. They are the proud parents of Carson.
