How to Subscribe... To subscribe to the Leaders' Link, send an e-mail to beth@eastohionaz.org with the information below. Please allow about a day for your request to be processed.
Sending & Receiving Messages... Subscribers can post messages to the Leaders' Link by sending them to leaders@eastohionaz.org. Everyone subscribed to the Link will receive the message. If anyone sends a response to leaders@eastohionaz.org, all subscribers will receive the response. Please note: It is best if you use the email address you subscribed under as the "from" address for your messages. Messages sent on the Link may at times go through another party, such as a diligent secretary or a helpful spouse, before it reaches its intended recipient. If a pastor wishes, he/she may decide to receive email at a private email address instead. Just send the new address to beth@eastohionaz.org with instructions to remove the old address. As a courtesy to other subscribers, please use your name when you post to the Link. A way you can do this automatically is by setting up a "signature" that your email program adds to any message you send. Or, add your email address to your own address book, assigning it your real name. Your name should then appear in the "from" line to each recipient. Please reserve use of the Leaders' Link for messages intended for all or most of its subscribers. To respond privately to the author of a Link message, click your "reply to sender" button. To post a public response on the Leaders' Link you may click your "reply to all" button. Rather than forwarding a message to the Link, please copy the material you find interesting and paste it into a new message to the Link. This will eliminate need for recipients to click numerous times to read the message.
On the subject line of every message you
send or receive will appear this "chain link" symbol, -o-o-o-
. You will be able to recognize at a glance which messages
in your inbox are from the Leaders' Link. You may also set your email "message
rules" to file every message with -o-o-o-
in the subject line in a special folder you create.
The -o-o-o-
